Local pickup

Local pickup is free from 1580 Liverpool Ct, Ottawa, ON K1B 3T3. Pickup is arranged during DW business hours, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, once your order is ready.

Please wait for confirmation before arriving so the order can be prepared for collection.

Ottawa-area delivery

Art Studio checkout calculates local delivery by service area. Customers choose Ottawa urban, Ottawa suburbs, or Outer Ottawa & Gatineau and the current delivery rate is shown before the order request is submitted.

Qualifying orders may receive free local delivery automatically when the current order threshold is met. The checkout always shows the rate that applies to the order.

Canada shipping

For eligible Art Studio orders, checkout estimates shipping using the destination region, the largest finished artwork in the cart, the number of pieces, and whether Poly Frames are included.

The website shipping amount is an estimate and is confirmed on the final invoice. Shipping to Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut is reviewed and quoted individually because oversized artwork costs can vary significantly by destination.

Timing

Production, staging, rental, furnishing, pickup, delivery, and shipping timing varies by project and availability. DW confirms the relevant schedule after reviewing the request rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all website estimate.

Receiving your order

Please inspect delivered or shipped items when received. If something arrives damaged or does not match the confirmed order, contact DW promptly with photographs and the order reference so the issue can be reviewed.
